Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide and shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Most items are shipped directly from our partner warehouses and arrive within 7–14 business days.
• Every order is tracked. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email support@aveliamode.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia only.
